Desert Globe Mallow

This beautiful and luxurious art yarn is the one I consider to be my signature yarn. While I may turn out others like it, no two skeins are alike - each coiling "leaf" and "flower" is created individually along the length of the skein.

This version of Desert Globe Mallow is spun from one of my Chaparral batts, and contains wonderfully soft merino wool, alpaca, angelina and firestar for sparkle. The "flowers" are made from a bamboo based yarn, and mimic the colors of the desert globe mallow in bloom with pinks oranges and yellows.
