Basic Twined Ski Hat

This ski hat is knit using an old Swedish technique called tvåändsstickning or tvebandsstrikking in Norwegian -- or "two-end knitting”. This method will keep the hat more wind resistant and surprisingly soft.

Yarn Requirements: 90 (100, 118, 128) yards worsted-weight yarn, and 5 yards contrasting color yarn for edging and tassel
Gauge: 4.75 stitches/inch in stockinette or 6 stitches/inch in twining method on US size 9 needles
