Finished Measurements:
Leg Circumference - 8 inches, slightly stretched
Foot Circumference - 7.75 [8.25] inches

Materials:

• 1 skein fingering weight superwash yarn with approximately 450 yards per 4 ounce skein.
  
• Circular or double pointed needles size US 1 / 2.25 mm OR size needed to obtain gauge
• Stitch Markers, optional if using double pointed needles
• Tapestry needle
  

Gauge:
32 stitches / 48 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch.
