Orders are typically processed within one to two business days of receipt, though on occasion, they may take up to a full week for processing. Once packaged and safely delivered to the United States Postal Service, I'll send you an email to let you know your Spritely Goods are on their way!
General information: Postage will be calculated by weight of your order via the USPS - you will be able to select from available shipping options at the time of checkout. To determine shipping rates on your order, be sure to update the pertinent information (Country, State & Postal Code) using the estimator at the bottom of your shopping cart to allow the estimate to be calculated. If, for some reason, the estimate is discovered to be grossly wrong while preparing your order, a portion of the difference will be refunded to you. Please note that parcels greater than US$100 in value are shipped insured.
Shipping to US Addresses:
Postage options for shipping within the United States include USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Package, and Parcel Post. Orders shipped via First Class mail will typically be packed carefully in a tear resistant vinyl envelope. Regardless of whether your package ships via First Class or Priority Mail, you will receive an email with a USPS Delivery Confirmation number so you can keep track of your package.
With regards to USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes - my cart unfortunately is not clever enough to know whether or not your order will fit into a flat rate shipping box. Due to the nature of the products, flat rate boxes have traditionally been too small to accommodate large orders; however, if I am able to save you some money by fitting your order into a flat rate box (when you select USPS Priority Mail for your shipping method), I certainly will do so and will refund you the difference.
Shipping to non-US Addresses:
Please note that all prices are indicated in US dollars. Your credit card will be charged in USD.

Orders shipped via First Class mail will typically be packed carefully in a tear resistant vinyl envelope. Please note that while Priority Mail International shipments are trackable via the USPS website, First Class International packages are not tracked. Please also note that Priority Mail International service may not be available to all countries.
While approximate transit times are provided, these are strictly to be used as an estimate. Local Customs Offices may delay delivery and you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package arrives at your country. Additional charges or duties for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient as we have no visibility or control over these charges. Customs regulations vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information.
I want you to be a happy customer! If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within seven days of receipt of your order to make arrangements for the return. You may choose from the following options: exchange, store credit or a full refund (less shipping costs). Returned products must be sent back in their original condition. Items with their labels removed, or yarns that have been knit with or wound may not be returned. Please be sure to send back your return order in a traceable manner.
